📅 Return Window

• Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

🔁 Eligible Returns

We currently accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Defective product received

📏 Size Exchange:

• Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability).

❌ Not Accepted:

• Change of mind returns

👕 Product Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be in original packaging (if possible)

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Exchange option is also available

⏳ Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:

• If product is damaged/defective → Brand may cover shipping

• If size exchange → Customer may need to pay shipping (case-to-case basis)

🇮🇳 Shipping Coverage

• Currently, we ship and process returns only within India.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Innerwear products
